Small roofs, shared roofs, and what to do about it
Villas and apartments in 6100 rarely have private solar worth charging a car from. The roof is either tiny or it belongs to everyone. Chasing solar charging here is usually the wrong first move.
Off peak scheduling is the better lever. Get on a plan with a genuine overnight or midday cheap window, then let the charger do the timing. For a standalone house with its own roof, add solar diversion on top and you get both.
