Great sun, awkward trees, and outages
Hills roofs get excellent sun where they are clear, but jarrah and marri canopy clips a lot of arrays for part of the day. Yield varies more here than on the coastal plain, so a charger that blends solar with a grid minimum is more practical than a surplus only setting.
